I-80 Auto Auction and Sales - Auction Information

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LIGHTING SYSTEM?

At I80 Auto Auction, we are constantly trying to improve both the buyer and seller experience. After each auction we evaluate what works, what doesn't, and what needs to be improved. Our goal is to provide the facilities, information, technology, and customer service that allows each customer the ability to buy or sell a vehicle confidently and within minutes. Unfortunately, the lighting system didn't accomplish this.

Our goal was to give buyers more confidence in the vehicles that they were bidding on, and in turn, allow sellers to get more for their vehicles. Although the premise was good, we found that it actually confused more customers than it helped. When we listened to what our customers were telling us, we realized that the number one thing buyers want is some sort of assurance that the vehicle they purchase is a good vehicle. Since we operate a used auto auction in which all the vehicles are sold AS IS, we really couldn't give this assurance. But what we CAN do is offer something to the buyer in the event something does go wrong. Thus the platinum package was created

WHAT DOES PLATINUM PACKAGE MEAN?
